Free Flow Wines sells wine-on-tap systems, not bottled wine. They moved off WordPress onto Squarespace for a site that's easier for their team to manage day to day and reflects their new branding.
Free Flow Wines sells wine-on-tap systems to bars, restaurants, and hotels, primarily a B2B business rather than a direct-to-consumer one. They'd recently gone through a rebrand, and their old WordPress site wasn't keeping up with it. Updating a page meant going through a developer, which slowed down a marketing team that needed to move quickly.
The brief was to move the site onto Squarespace, apply the new branding properly across every page, and structure it so the marketing team could make routine updates themselves without waiting on outside help.
We migrated the site from WordPress to Squarespace, rebuilding the page structure so it could carry the new brand identity consistently: typography, colour palette, and imagery treatment applied across every template.
Pages were built using Squarespace's native content blocks rather than custom code wherever possible, specifically so the marketing team could edit copy, swap images, and add new pages themselves once handover was complete.
Training covered the core editing workflows the team would actually use day to day, plus a recorded walkthrough they could refer back to.
A site that reflects where the brand actually is now, and one the marketing team can run without calling a developer for routine changes. Content updates that used to sit in a WordPress queue now happen the same day.
