SpaceWorks Studio ("SpaceWorks", "we", "us") operates spaceworks.studio. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect and why

Enquiry and contact details. When you submit our contact form or book a discovery call, we collect the details you provide: typically your name, email address, website, and information about your project. We use this to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare for and follow up on conversations about working together. We process this on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our services.

Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and how you found us. This data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally to us.

Who processes your data

We use a small number of service providers to run this site:

• Formspree processes contact form submissions and delivers them to our inbox.
• Calendly handles discovery call bookings, including your name, email, and chosen time.
• Google Analytics provides aggregated site usage statistics.
• Vercel hosts this website and processes standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to serve it securely.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms, and some may store data outside the UK/EEA under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it's relevant to an active or potential working relationship, and delete it when it's no longer needed. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, share it with third parties for their own marketing, or add you to any mailing list without asking you first.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to our processing of it. If you're in the UK or EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
