White Label Squarespace Development
Agencies bring us in when a client asks for Squarespace and it is not worth hiring for. We build under your brand, invoice you, and your client never hears our name. We have been doing it since 2018 and we are still not allowed to say for whom.

We provide white label Squarespace design and development for agencies, studios and freelance designers. You keep the client relationship and we stay invisible. We work from your designs or handle design as well, and every engagement is scoped and quoted per project rather than sold off a rate card.
- Who it is for
- Agencies, studios, freelancers
- Your client sees
- Your brand, only
- Scope
- Build only, or design and build
- Pricing
- Quoted per project
How it works
- You send us the brief, the designs if you have them, and the deadline you have already promised your client.
- We come back with a fixed scope, a price and a delivery date, usually within one business day.
- We build. You get a review link you can share with your client under your own name, and we respond to consolidated feedback from you rather than going direct.
- We hand over the finished site, a training video with no SpaceWorks branding on it if you want one, and any documentation for custom code. You invoice your client. We invoice you.
Two ways agencies use us
Build only, from your designs
You have designed the site in Figma, XD or on paper, and you need someone who can put it on Squarespace without the layout falling apart at 768px. This is the majority of our white label work. We are used to reading a design file and asking the three questions that were not covered in it rather than guessing and delivering something you have to send back.
We built the Global Karting League site this way, entirely from the client's own designs.
Design and build
You have the client and the brief but no design capacity, or your designer works in a medium that does not survive contact with Squarespace. We take it end to end and present it as yours throughout.
What stays yours
- The client relationship. We do not contact your client unless you ask us to and set the terms.
- The credit. Nothing we build carries our name, and we will not add the site to our portfolio or case studies without written permission from you.
- The margin. What you charge your client is your business and we do not ask.
- The account. The Squarespace site is created in whatever account you specify, usually the client's or yours, never ours.
Who this suits
Four kinds of business use us regularly. Full-service agencies whose stack is WordPress or Webflow and who get a Squarespace request three or four times a year, where hiring for it makes no sense. Brand and design studios with no development function at all. Freelance designers at capacity who would rather subcontract than turn work down. And marketing agencies who need a site built quickly to support a campaign they have already sold.
What these have in common is that Squarespace work arrives irregularly. Paying a retainer for a skill you need four times a year is worse than paying per project, which is why we price it that way.
What we need from you
A brief that covers what the site has to do, not just what it should look like. Designs if you have them, at whatever fidelity they exist. Content, or an honest answer about when content will arrive, because that is what moves deadlines. One named person on your side who consolidates feedback, since white label projects go wrong when three people at the agency send contradictory notes on the same page.
Confidentiality
We sign NDAs as a matter of course and have signed plenty. If you want a mutual NDA in place before you send us a brief, send it over and we will turn it around the same week. If your client's contract prohibits subcontracting, tell us early, because that is a conversation to have before the work starts rather than after.
Pricing
White label work is quoted per project. We do not publish an agency rate card, for a reason worth explaining: the same five page site can be a two week job or a five week job depending on whether the designs are complete, whether the content exists, how much custom functionality is hiding in the brief, and how many rounds of client feedback your process involves. A published rate would be wrong in both directions.
Send us the brief and you get a fixed price and a fixed date back, usually within one business day. The price does not move unless the scope does, which is the part that matters when you have already quoted your client.
Squarespace accounts and billing
The question that comes up on every first call. The Squarespace subscription sits with your client or with you, in your name, billed by Squarespace directly. We build inside it as a contributor and we can be removed the day the project ends. We do not resell Squarespace plans, we do not mark them up, and we do not hold your client's site hostage in an account they cannot access. Agencies who have been burned by a previous developer on this point tend to ask twice, so we will say it twice.
Turnaround
Most white label builds run three to four weeks, the same as our direct work. We can go faster when the designs and content are genuinely ready, and we have delivered inside a week when an agency has had a launch date move. Tell us the real deadline rather than a padded one and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
Ongoing support for your clients
Plenty of agencies use us for the build and then keep us on as invisible second-line support, so their client raises a ticket with them and we fix it behind the scenes. That runs through our normal support and maintenance arrangement, hourly or on a retainer. It works well for agencies who want to offer Squarespace support without staffing it.
Work we can talk about
Most white label projects stay confidential. These three are ones we have permission to show.
The rest of what we do
Most projects pull in more than one of these. Everything below is handled by the same team.
White label questions
It means we build the Squarespace site and your agency delivers it. Your client sees your brand on the designs, the review link, the training material and the invoice. Our name does not appear anywhere in the process unless you choose to mention it.
Not unless you tell them. We do not contact your client directly, our name is not on the deliverables, and nothing we build for you goes into our portfolio or case studies without your written permission. If you want us on a call as your development team, we will do that too, whichever suits how you work.
Both. Build-only from supplied designs is the majority of our white label work, and we are used to reading a Figma file and asking the questions it does not answer rather than guessing. If you have the client but no design capacity, we take it end to end and present it as yours.
It is quoted per project rather than off a rate card. The same five page site can be a two week job or a five week job depending on design completeness, content readiness, custom functionality and how many feedback rounds your process runs. Send us the brief and you get a fixed price and a fixed date back, usually within one business day.
Your client or you, in your name, billed by Squarespace directly. We work inside it as a contributor and can be removed the day the project ends. We do not resell Squarespace plans, mark them up, or hold a site in an account your client cannot reach.
Yes, routinely. Send a mutual NDA over before you brief us and we will turn it around the same week. If your client contract prohibits subcontracting, flag it early so we can work out whether there is a structure that fits.
Three to four weeks is standard, the same as our direct work. We have delivered inside a week when an agency's launch date moved and the designs and content were genuinely ready. Give us the real deadline rather than a padded one and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
Yes, and a lot of agencies use us that way. Your client raises the ticket with you, you pass it to us, we fix it and you respond. It runs on our normal hourly or retainer support terms and lets you offer Squarespace support without staffing for it.
Yes. We are UK based and work with agencies across the US, Europe and Australia. Being a few hours ahead of the US tends to help rather than hinder, since work you brief at the end of your day is often waiting for you the next morning.
