BBH had built up separate Squarespace sites for different office locations over time, each on an older version of the platform and managed somewhat independently. That made consistency hard to maintain and left the team juggling more than one set of updates for what should have been a single, coherent presence.
The brief was to rebuild and consolidate onto the latest version of Squarespace 7.1, bringing the different location sites in line with each other while keeping BBH's existing brand identity intact.
We audited the existing location sites first, to see what content and structure actually needed to carry over, then rebuilt them as a consistent set of templates on Squarespace 7.1 rather than migrating each one separately.
The rebuild kept BBH's established visual identity: typography, colour, and layout patterns carried across from the previous sites so the transition felt like a more consistent, better-maintained version of what was already there, not a redesign.
A recorded training walkthrough was included at handover so the BBH team could manage updates across the consolidated site independently.
A single, consistent Squarespace 7.1 build in place of several separate location sites. The BBH team manages content updates themselves since handover.
