A few things businesses in the UK need on their websites, which we build in as standard.
UK shoppers have to see prices with VAT included. We set your store up to show VAT-inclusive prices in pounds, with separate tax rules for overseas orders.
Couriers charge more to reach the Scottish Highlands, the islands and Northern Ireland. Separate shipping zones stop a flat UK rate from eating your margin on those orders.
Analytics and ad cookies need a visitor's consent before they load. We configure Squarespace's cookie banner to ask first and add a privacy policy that matches what the site collects.
Limited companies have to show their registered name, company number and registered office address on their website. We put these in the footer of every page.
If you serve Leeds and Bradford, your site needs pages that say so. We add location pages and LocalBusiness schema for the towns your customers search for.
The Equality Act 2010 expects businesses to make reasonable adjustments for disabled customers, and that includes your website. We check contrast and add alt text to every image.

Yes. SpaceWorks is based in the UK and works UK hours, and most of our clients are British. Squarespace lists us as an Official Squarespace Expert, which means we've been vetted by Squarespace and appear in their Experts directory.
No. Most of our clients happen to be in London, but every project runs over video calls and shared review links, so we work the same way with a business in Cardiff as one in Camden.
Our prices are set in US dollars. One-page sites start at $1,500 and most full projects come in between $2,500 and $5,000. You get a fixed quote after a discovery call, and that quote doesn't change unless the scope does.
Yes. Plenty of our work is development: custom code, CRM and email integrations, and features Squarespace doesn't offer out of the box. If you already have a design, we can build it for you.
Yes. We set prices to display with VAT included, add tax rules for international orders, and build shipping zones around Royal Mail and courier rates, with separate zones for the Highlands, the islands and Northern Ireland if you need them.
